Good things here
The road quality is pretty good around the society. connectivity is good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. Near the society there are local shops, super markets and grocery stores available. 3 hospitals are nearby the society. Water supply is available for 24*7 in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean. Maintainance charges are comparitively okay. CCTV and elevators works perfectly fine. Security guards are very helpful and cooperative. Parking space is available for all residents. The construction quality is quite better than other societies, seepage leakage issues does not happen in my appartment. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly.read more
Things need improvement
Street lights are not sufficient, the area becomes very dark at night. Metro station is far from the society. Garbage collection is sometimes not done on time. Fast lifts are not installed. Sometimes power cuts happens. Power backup is only available in common areas. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.read more

Good things here
Cleaning and hygiene maintenance were very good in our society. There was a play area and garden available. Public transport like cabs was easily accessible nearby. We had malls, markets, local shops, and grocery stores all around the society. The lifts, CCTV, and security systems worked well without any issues. We celebrated all festivals together like Holi and Diwali, enjoying the celebrations. Both covered and uncovered parking options were available.read more
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there was no swimming pool in the society, and the gym was a small room that was often closed. Online parcels were not delivered to our flats, so we had to go downstairs repeatedly to collect them. There were issues with seepage and leakage, including in the bathrooms, indicating that the construction quality and materials used were not of the best standard.read more

Sports room and a big playground enhances the people to be engaged in the indoor and outdoor games. The people feel safe to stay in the residency. Proper hygiene has to be maintained.
