The project is spread over a total area of 5.5 acres of land. It has 79% of open space. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation here every morning. They proposed us to ad basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton court in this campus. They also offered us some additional conveniences like swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, gymnasium, small theatre, party halls etc. Building is very good with the best fittings and appliances of buildings and other structures as well. I think the upcoming project is highly proposed for all with lots of basic luxuries. read more

This is a RERA registered project and home loans are approved here. I'm hoping to buy a 3bhk flat for my family and the price seems so reasonable for me. The offered us the top class amenities at a very affordable price. The designs of this apartment are the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary art and architecture. I have to mention the negativites of this project too. In Hosa road, several potholes have been found as the local people have reported which is the major reason for road accidents. Severe traffic jams have been reported in the highways. The roads of this vicinity filled with water after rainfall due to lack of a proper drainage system. There is an inadequate frequency of garbage pickup in some parts of the locale. read more

Bangalore is the major city for IT hubs and as an IT employee, the place is highly recommended to me as the project is so much closer to the IT hubs such as Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Tech Mahindra. The transport system is decent and I would not have any difficulties reaching my office in time. National Highway (NH) 44 is the key Highway serving this city also. KR Puram Railway Station (Chennai Central-Bangalore City Line) is just few distance away from my home. read more
