Good things here

Living in my society provides numerous conveniences. We enjoy excellent connectivity, with public transportation easily accessible just outside our community, as well as nearby shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants for everyday needs. While the construction quality of our buildings is generally good, we do encounter occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Nonetheless, my apartment receives plenty of sunlight, and ventilation is superb, creating a comfortable living environment. I'm pleased to say that our society is well-maintained and clean, with proper hygiene standards upheld. Garbage collection is punctual, and we rarely experience water supply or electricity issues. Our drainage system effectively prevents waterlogging, and essential facilities such as lifts, CCTV cameras, and security systems are operational and well-maintained, ensuring residents' safety and security. Furthermore, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere within our community fosters a sense of unity, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural events and festivals. I'm also glad that our society is pet-friendly, allowing residents to enjoy the companionship of their furry friends.read more

Good things here

The society enjoyed a high level of safety, benefitting from the presence of lawmakers whose constituency included the area. This ensured good security measures. Additionally, the flats featured balconies, adding to the comfort of residents. The community members were known for their friendliness, and festivals were celebrated with enthusiasm, fostering a sense of togetherness.read more

Things need improvement

Parking posed a significant challenge in the society, with limited space available for residents and no provision for visitor parking inside. Even bicycles were not permitted in the parking area. The water supply was restricted to nighttime, with a prolonged shutdown from 7 in the morning until 9 at night. Despite being relatively new, the society experienced issues with leakage and seepage. Furthermore, there was a lack of modern amenities. Sunlight only entered the house through the hall for a short duration, and transportation options like autos and buses were not conveniently located nearby, requiring a bit of a walk.read more

Good things here

Metro and cab facilities are easily available. the location of the society is good as good roads well connect it. proper water and power supply is maintained in the society. the construction quality of the buildings is good as i have not faced seepage issues for the first time in a society. there are open spaces to walk and a small park for children to play. people around are good we celebrate all festivles in the society it self with at most energy and joy.read more

Though main amenities are missing from the society like a gym, swimming pool, etc but we have all these things available near the society it self so never had a issue. proper sport activity ke liye jagah nahi hai society mein like a basketball court, badminton court, etc.read more

The area is hygienic and tidy, and there is little pollution there. Market is close by and secure at night because police patrol there frequently. Schools and good hospitals are also close by. It is a city that links important routes including those between Ranjangaon and Pune. There is sufficient employment.

There are adjacent hotels, hospitals, schools, a vegetable market, and fast food joints. The primary benefit of Chandan nagar is the Pune nagar highway. I consider myself fortunate to reside here because of the jovial and contented atmosphere. Since I've been here, 18 years, Everything in this neighbourhood is quite secure and protected.
