Good things here
Barring the location this building is nothing special. Parking is an issue since late 2023. Also, the society passed a resolution of charging Rs 10000/- (non refundable deposit) and Rs 15000/- (interest free refundable deposit) from tenants as move-in and move-out charges. No gym, no place to walk, parking is a mess no amenities to write home about. The area too becomes a bit dark after 8 p.m.read more

Some flats have leakage issues. The electricity points are of substandard quality. Water issues persist.read more
