There is one badminton court and one basketball court located above the gym in the society. Inside, there are also facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and table pool game, all of which are provided free of charge to residents without any additional fees. The security facilities are robust, ensuring safety within the community. The hygiene standards are good, and overall quality issues are well-managed. The society is conveniently located near a bank, mall, vegetable market, and various shops, enhancing accessibility for residents.read more

The society faces challenges such as limited parking space and incidents of chain stealing. There are no nearby stations, and the quality of fittings and plaster is not satisfactory. 2month ago I left the society, Roads were wide, Metro was near, Auto was easily cathable, No water supply issue, No Electricity problem I faced, The material used for the construction of the building walls was good, as I have never faced issues with plaster falling. , Gym, Swimming was there, Kids play area was there.read more

There is problem of seepage inside the building, Kids play area was there but it was not mentained, Swimming pool were always dirty. Mix people used to live. Nearby area was slam area of Goregaon, so the crowd nearby filled with mixed people. Infront of society was public toilet.read more

Good things here
Society has really great connectivity like auto and cabs are available easily. Quality of the construction is top notch as there are no seepage issues. Allocated parking for owners and visitors are available. There are all the amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play are in the society. Crowd of the people is really very good and friendly.read more

Maintenance facilties of the society can be enhance. Solar panel connection has been given to lift and common lights only. Security system of the society is not that prompt.read more

Good things here
Public transports are available in the society like E-riskshaws. There are multiple school in their locality. There are 7-8 Apollo shops nearby, Near Gaur city there is a very big school. If you want to travel to the Airport they can easily travel becuase it is very safe in night. The Security is also tight.read more

Painting are not done, Gardens, Swimming pool are not maintained in their society, Builders don't take any interest after handing over the house to the owner even the basic construction part.read more
