The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Parking space is avilable. People are friendly and cooperative. Renovations are done on time.read more

Within a 2-kilometer radius of this society, you can easily find everything from grocery shops to vegetable markets, as well as autos and metro buses. Inside the Samiti, there are no issues with water supply, power backup, or garbage collection; everything runs smoothly. The festivals and cultural events in the Samiti are the best, adding to its charm.read more

The society is quite old, about 30 years old, and the construction quality has deteriorated significantly. There's dampness in the walls, which is very noticeable, and the plaster starts falling off. This calls for reconstruction of the society, which means it will be completely demolished and rebuilt. Despite being around for so long, there are still no amenities in the society, such as a swimming pool or security guard system. thats why im planning to leaving this society.read more

The construction quality of the society is very good. The location is ideal offering residents amenities that underscore the community's dedication to quality. Swimming pools, clubhouse, and gym were available in the society in well-maintained condition. There is a spacious park that provides ample space for children to play and relax, thereby enhancing the community's appeal. The environment of the society is good. There were not a tight security. Cctvs were not available. Elevators were also not there. Parking area was also not there people face difficulties in parking. There should be a parking space for residents. Connectivity was also not strong.read more

There was an issue with ventilation in the society. There were markets and grocery stores available nearby. However, public transport like autos, buses, and rickshaws was not easily available around the society. The construction quality was good. All festivals like Diwali and Holi were celebrated. Garbage collection, lift maintenance, and CCTV were well-maintained without any issues; the maintenance was very good. There was also good greenery in the area. The monthly maintenance charge was Rs. 500.read more

East Bangalore's Jeevan Bima Nagar is a residential district. The region stretches from the Suranjandas Road in the east to the Indiranagar 80 Feet Road in the west. Jeevana Vima Nagara is also thought to include sub-localities such as New Thippasandra, HAL 3rd Stage, Geethanjali Layout, Annayappa Garden, Anandapuram, Shivalingaiah Colony, Kullappa Colony, Sudhama Nagar, BDA Layout, and Nanja Reddy Colony. The neighbourhood was first built for the LIC and KPWD staff. Therefore, LIC and KPWD apartments make up the majority of the region. However, recently, many non-Kannadigas have moved here due to its proximity to the IT Corridor and the fact that it is a less expensive option to Indiranagar, the main hub of East Bangalore. BMTC buses have good connections to the area from the main bus stations in Bangalore. Previously, Jeevana Vima Nagara was only a residential neighbourhood, but on the 10th Main Road, numerous stores and IT firms suddenly popped up. Here are also offices for NAL and ISRO.
