Good things here

I absolutely love living in this society. The connectivity is fantastic, with an upcoming metro station, RTO office is nearby, and market is within walking distance. The maintenance is commendable, especially considering the building's age; the management does a great job addressing minor issues promptly. The construction quality is top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. The amenities are excellent, with a well-maintained community hall where the swimming pool used to be. The people here are incredibly friendly, fostering a strong sense of community and making it a delightful place to live.read more

Things need improvement

While I generally enjoy living here, there are a few downsides. The building, being 35 years old, occasionally has minor seepage issues despite the good maintenance efforts. Additionally, although the community hall is a great addition, I do miss the swimming pool that was replaced. However, these minor drawbacks do not significantly affect my overall positive experience in this society.read more
