This party excellent, situated near Palm Beach Road, boasting a pristine environment, expensive local streets and well connected network. It is considered one of the top places to reside, with the nearby SGC mall and Demart providing easy access to all amenities. While the majority of residents are friendly, there are few who lack a sense of community. The road can get crowded during peak hours, but it is manageable. Summer is hot and the cost of living is quite steep, making it a high end area. Sometimes parking aside the road is struggle for other vehicles.
