Jeevan bima nagar is well known among LIC employees, but it is also available to the general public; the area is easily accessible, and there are numerous shops to choose from. The cleanliness and society are also wonderful, with good neighbours and greenery; if you visit here once, you might feel at home. Food alternatives include Lodhi cooking, Malabar restaurant, chat around the table, and veg eateries such as Ayodhya vihara, Udupi great, samosa party, and Calcutta chaat house. Common neighbourhood shops and medical amenities are also available.read more

The metro station is 10 minutes away, and the most lively place in Bangalore is right around the corner. The region is green, and there is a large walking park nearby. The roads are not adequately maintained, and there are no walkways; there is a lot of work going on in the neighbourhood, which is producing pollution; there is no local sports field, and there are no street lights in a few lanes.read more

East Bangalore's Jeevan Bima Nagar is a residential district. The region stretches from the Suranjandas Road in the east to the Indiranagar 80 Feet Road in the west. Jeevana Vima Nagara is also thought to include sub-localities such as New Thippasandra, HAL 3rd Stage, Geethanjali Layout, Annayappa Garden, Anandapuram, Shivalingaiah Colony, Kullappa Colony, Sudhama Nagar, BDA Layout, and Nanja Reddy Colony. The neighbourhood was first built for the LIC and KPWD staff. Therefore, LIC and KPWD apartments make up the majority of the region. However, recently, many non-Kannadigas have moved here due to its proximity to the IT Corridor and the fact that it is a less expensive option to Indiranagar, the main hub of East Bangalore. BMTC buses have good connections to the area from the main bus stations in Bangalore. Previously, Jeevana Vima Nagara was only a residential neighbourhood, but on the 10th Main Road, numerous stores and IT firms suddenly popped up. Here are also offices for NAL and ISRO.
