the local amenities are quite robust. Mahim is well known for its busting markets which provide avoid range of produce, local goods and Daily necessaries. the presence of reputable schools and health care facilities adds significant value. additionally, the recent development of modern residential project has approved living standards, offering updated amnitis and improved infrastructure.read more

the infrastructure here is ageing. this can sometimes leads to issue like water shortage or the need for frequent repairs, which can be inconvenient for residence. with busy roads due to traffic jam.read more

Well lit street lights. LJ Main Road 1 min away. Extremely convenient taxi and bus stand 1 min away, nearing completion Aqua line metro station 3 mins away, 15 min drive to BKC and Domestic Airport. Hinduja, Raheja and Lilavati Hospitals 10 mins away.. Bombay Scottish,. Canossa, St Michaels and Victoria High School in close proximity. Axis, IDFC banks and ATM's 1 min away. Our area in Mahim West is normally a peaceful locality. However, as is Applicable to the whole of Mumbai, at festival time the area can get noisy., and roads can have too many vehicles, which causes the traffic to move slowly. .read more

Mahim is in the neighbourhood of Mumbai. The name was taken from the ancient Sanskrit word Mahikavati meaning "miraculous". Other names for the area, historically are Mahimawati, Mejambu and Maijim. Mahim was the earlier form of islands that were gifted to the English King, King Charles II, as a wedding dowry for Catherine of Braganza, the Portuguese princess. Mahim is surrounded by the Arabian Sea on the west and Dharavi, Bandra and Dadar on the north.
