Extremely desirable location for a family to live. Enjoyable as well as secure. The apartments do, however, have a few plumbing issues with them. Furthermore, there is not much development in the neighbourhood.

Excellent facilities, a problem-free campus, effective security measures, and enough of parking space. A kid's park, sufficient ventilation, and lighting, as well as a lot of water supply. A great location overall.

An outstanding neighbourhood with an incredibly opulent atmosphere. Everything one might possibly want from it is present in it. The neighbourhood is wonderful but the surrounding area cannot be regarded to be equally excellent.

A society that is clean and peaceful, with effective security and maintenance. It is easily found because it is situated on the historic Mahabalipuram route. A club and gym are the only missing amenities.

A wide park and play area make living here quite pleasant and nice. Large trees and bamboo plants minimize pollution around. No lack of water. The lifts are two per block. Good round-the-clock security.
