Good things here
The overall area is good, but be cautious with the brokers--don't rely on their word. Especially beware of broker name Dwarkadas Jogeshwari. He took my token amount but sold the property to someone else without informing me. Unprofessional and unethical--stay away from him.

Beware of brokers, always insist on a written agreement first. They often take tokens and sell the property to someone else.

Good things here
Most of the facilities are available in this locality like schools, malls, hospitals etc. There is large park for residents of this locality for walk and fresh air. This society is not so much crowded. All amenities like water, electricity supply is consistently provided in this society.
Things need improvement
This society is a newly renewed society. Fulfilled with all facilities and amenities. This society is fully furnished so I like it so much there is nothing to say about dislike.

Good things here
This locality is not so much crowded mist of the facilities are available here. Water comes daily on time. Electricity supply is very good. There is very low power cuts in this area. well maintained and furnished society.

There is nothing bad in this society. I am living here from three months I like it so much because it's services are fabulous and friendly in budget.

This society is thriving neighborhood with number of amenities and attractions.Tge local boasts excellent connectivity, making it convenient for visitors and residents alike. It offers wide range of shopping options such as malls, local markets and many more.

There are nearby hospitals (Panchsheel, Ashwini, Dhanvantri, Sarathi) & medical clinics(Dr. Bhanushali, Dr. Yogesh and more), pharmacy (10+), schools (Navbharat Nutan, Sharon, SMPR, Gardi), Malls are 10 mins away (R mall), Bus stop across the home, 3 mins distance Mulund Railway station, Auto and Cabs available even 24/7. Well lit and lively area, safe even after mid night.

No points that I dislike about the area. The area is very prime in Mulund West with ample Trees and very safe for women and children.

This area known as professional and people's area..No water logging issues in this area... Transportation also good..all type of transport services like cabs,autos and government buses also available till midnight...CCTV also in area so it's safe.... electricity issues also not in area... English school and Fortis hospital also near by....local market with wholesale is nearly pn 5 to 10 minutes from area...In full time night Street lights also on ..once you visit you will like this property...

there's no dislike for this area from my side because all services are good and near by...only in evening some time rush in this area...so little bit noisy...but not more

one of Mumbai's best developing area where I living from past 25 years....no electricity issues...no water logging...easy transportation till midnight sharing autos cabs easily available....no water issues....known as professional area.... chintamani garden and many more gardens also near by.... electricity issues also no in this area... Fortis hospital also near by.... English medium schools are also available near 1 or 2 kilometres...once you visit this place you will like it....

Water shortage in mulund west is a serious issue that need to be addressed promptly. Water shortage problem in mulund can be mitigated and residents can have access to an adequate and sustainable water supply.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion, limited entertainment option, infrared issue, noise pollution, rapid urbanization and lack of green spaces are some common dislike that residents may have about the area.

Located on the north-east side of Mumbai, Mulund is a well-developed residential locality. I like Mulund West for the friendly behaviour of the residents alongwith the facilities available at our doorstep. Schools and colleges are very near and connectivity by road and rail are a great relief for the residents. The greenery of the place is quite attractive. The place is much safer that one could find.

The best part of Mulund West is its connectivity with roads and railways. The place is also ideal for residing due to its moderate population and facilities available. The roads are safe and well maintained and there is no water scarcity.

Mulund West in central Mumbai has a lot of residential complexes. It has numerous hospitals, colleges, shopping complexes and schools in the vicinity. The green lush along with other facilities of the area makes it a destination for home buyers. Power-cuts are very less in the area which is an great take-away for the residents.

The major drawback of Mulund West is the frequent power failure. Parking issue is also a matter of concern. Littering of garbage on the roadside is a very common sight. The roads are often crowded due to hawkers encroaching on the footpaths. The traffic jam is a nightmare for the residents.

Mulund West is flooded with ready to move apartments under the banner of well-established builders. The area is connected to business hubs through roadways and railways. Use of solar energy for daily need is a significant achievement of this area. Well reputed educational institutions are present here. Hospitals are in the vicinity.

Mulund West is rapidly coming up as a housing destination and with good reason also. Multiple housing and rental options available here and good infrastructure also. Sometimes parking is a problem though. But it is a good locality to live in.

There are LBS Marg and other roads nearby and you can easily access many Mumbai locations with ease. Yes, some powercuts do happen but it is not that big of a problem till now thankfully. Overall locality experience is quite nice.

There is easy access to the Mulund railway station within a few kilometres and I use this network to reach my office daily. All the necessities are available here within arm's length also.

I find Mulund West quite interesting to live in, since there is good connectivity and also it is a very old locality of Mumbai. T/he overall vibe is also quite nice here. I will rate it highly for sure.
