Connectivity like school , college , malls sab pasme tha .water ke quality and water supply achhi thi . society ke log bhi achhe the jadatar bachelors hi society pe the sabhi well educated .read more

Construction quality achhi nhi thi seepage and leakage ka issue tha , poor quality of plaster .

Construction quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available. The neighborhood is friendly.read more

Maintenance quality near the society is poor as the quality is not proportionate to the high maintenance charges taken. Transportation connectivity near the society is also very poor as apps don't support delivery or pick up from that particular area. Flush and handshower are always jammed. Water supply is not maintained and water quality is also bad.read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Paintings are done on time. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. Open spaces are available in the society.read more
