Good things here

Living in this society has been a pleasant experience for me. The road quality is clean and well-maintained, and functional street lights ensure safety, especially at night. I appreciate the convenient connectivity, with public transport options like auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs readily available outside the society. Parking is not an issue here, as there is a good amount of space available, and residents follow parking rules diligently. The maintenance of the society is excellent, with cleanliness and hygiene being properly maintained. Timely garbage collection and pest control contribute to a clean and healthy environment. I'm pleased with the uninterrupted water and electricity supply, and I haven't faced any water logging issues, thanks to the efficient drainage system in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, with good ventilation and no seepage or leakage problems. The amenities provided, such as the gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids, are well-maintained and add to the overall quality of life here. Residents experience no issues with water supply or electricity, and the water quality is consistently good. The connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. There are Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Good amount of parking space is available and residents follows all parking rules. The society is very new. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society as it is new. Fortunately we did not face Seepage and leakage issues as such. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society, People staying in the society are mixed but friendly and copperative people are around. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Any issues that's pointed gets resolved on time by the society.read more

Traffic issues happen a lot, the approach roads are not good. Metro station is far from the society. Sometimes water supply is an issue as the society has got tankers for water supply. Power backup is only for the common areas.read more

Sometimes there is a water supply issues that is a concern. Also water logging issues prevail as there is a canal in front of the society. I want the canal to be closed near the society as it creates a lot of issues, bad smell also comes from there. There are no metro station nearby the society. There are random power cuts in the society due to some sort of issues and there is no power backup available in the society.read more
