easy find anything near local market and malls are nearby govindpuri the area is well equipped with various shopping options that cater to different needs, from grocery store to large shopping complexes. yes feel safe because police station pcr and police post gaurds always patrolling time to time every where cctv cameras govindpuri is totaly safe for every oneread more

Water pollution is another concern As untreated sewage Often find its way into local water bodies due to inadequate drainage systems. this poses health risks to residents and affects overall living Conditionsread more

Good things here

It's is budget friendly place to live. It has schools, hospitals and local markets nearby. Public transport and metro is easily accessible. One can visit famous Lotus Temple, Kalkaji Temple nearby easily.read more

Due to some popular monuments near by, it's crowded many times, some areas are quite polluted. There is water logging problem during monsoon season.read more

There is a lot of greenery around here.There are many parks nearby.Metro stations are within walking distance.Good schools and colleges are available nearby.Taxi, cab facility is available here.There is a grocery store nearby where all the things are available.Many mobile shops are also nearby.bus and transportation service available.online food service available.read more

the crime rate is a bit high here. At many places the lights on the road do not work properly due to which there is a fear of snatching.The road here is not made properly.Dogs run behind vehicles at night and there is a fear of being bitten.read more

Govindpuri is close to the industrial area of Okhla and the commercial area of Nehru Place. These industrial and commercial hubs provide employment to the residents of Govindpuri and also drive the demand for homes for purchase and rent in the area. Most of the property available in Govindpuri are builder floor apartments. 96% of the property available for sale and rent in Govindpuri are apartments including builder floor apartments. There are no new residential projects in Govindpuri nor are there any builders. The only property available for sale are homes built and owned by individuals.
