Good things here
In the near by area there is big school and all are good and also good hospital are also present. the locality is very well maintained. there have been not any type of water shortage. the local market and malls are nearby available you can go just by walking

There is nothing anything bad which I can dislike about the society this society's is always clened by nagar palika and pollution is very low

Good things here
This place is safe at night because street lights are installed on every Poles placed in this society. The quality of road is so good. Speed breaker are made on road in every street in this society for preventing over speeding. Roads are so neat and clean.

This society is kept neet and clean always. I never saw dust etc in this area. The design of buildings is also beautiful. Therefore there is nothing to dislike it

The railway station is just a few steps away from here.Pharmacy shop is nearby. Schools and department stores nearby.good restaurant and cinema hall nearby. taxi and public transportation service available in this area. neighbors are good and decent.

Electricity supply is not good here, electricity is often cut several times a day.There is also a problem of water shortage.The entire area here is not well developed yet.

This place is quite good for low member family in this price range also required facilities like healthcare and education are available here . Transport is always available here.

house looks pretty big which itself is not a truth. because they say it's a 2 bhk. I kindly request the housing.com team to get the accurate details before uploading.

what is in the picture is different from what is for sale. no transparency. please reveal things exactly to the customers and also most of the sellers are not mentioning the carpet or plot area, but just mentioning the build up area.

There are easily accessible malls and local markets nearby. The electricity charges are also taken as per the government and there are very less power cut in this area even the schools malls and restaurants are also present in this locality and I certainly feel safe living this locality along with my family.

Inconsistent water supply, delay in clearing of garbage and encroachment are some of the issues in this area that need attention. There is good road connectivity to highways in the locality adn transportational facilities are fairly good. Price attractiveness is good as well.
