Good things here

This places secure with good transport facilities and easy access to hospitals and schools. the availability of street lights at night add to the convenience and safety. overall it is a good place to stay offering essential aminties and a peaceful environment.

Less Traffic, Car parking was completely dry even during the 2023 Chennai Floods, Quality of Roads are normal as you find in Chennai. Rare Power Cuts since 2022. Proximity to both the Metro Stations Villivakkam & Srinivasa Nagar is just 5 mins by Two Wheeler. Schools and Hospital are just 3 mins away.

Good things here

The most liked thing is the continuous water supply to each and every home. We never run out of water. Best public transport facility is available. Schools and colleges of this place are having the best reputation. Market is also located at a small distance.

Things need improvement

This locality is very best because all the essential facilities are available here. It is very luxurious and atmosphere of this locality is very calm and hygiene. Shops, markets are available nearby. Good schools and hospitals are available. Easy cab auto availablity. Well maintained roads and parks. Frequent police patrolling and also rates crimes reported. Very good vibes.

Good things here

It is very good locality. It is the main area connecting roads to many area. No much water problem . Perambur railway station is also close to kolathur area.

Things need improvement

There no green Park and no water parks available . Required some good playground and tennis courts nearby.
