Landlords are not good all the time. Sometimes they behave in a bad way. Air pollution is rare in this place. Security is good for family people. Children can play around here.

Restaurants , hospitals and schools are quite near. This place is quite good for families. Washrooms are, however, not that good in some apartments. Otherwise it is a good place for families.
