well local markets and grocery shops and the supe markets are near by so it won't be a hassle to look for this places and a well maintained place and safe tooo

well I don't dislike anything abt this place or its surrounding but my only concern would be that there is no very spacious parking places if you have a two wheeler it's fine if you have a car then....little difficult to find a parking space

Good hospitals are also within a very short distance. The roads are in excellent condition, and all street lights are operational. Good people and the way they live, as well as good grocery availability and pricing.

Water and electricity are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The neighbourhood is extremely safe to live in. According to my broker this is one of the top choices and we were lucky to find a good home here.

The neighbourhood is well-built and developed. This area is surrounded by excellent schools and colleges. We face minor problems only during monsoon when there is waterlogging. However, it gets resolved quickly.

Ejipura is a very nice locality to live at. I love how friendly the people here are. It has affordable rental rates and all the facilities one can ask for. Only problem is the heavy waterlogging during rains.

Ejipura is well connected in terms of transportation, be it metro, bust stands or even cabs or auto rickshaws. You can also find buses very easily here. Only if the roads were broadened, the traffic would ease out.

A very friendly neighbourhood, Ejipura is a good place to live. The locals and shopkeepers are very nice. It is well connected for commuting and a new metro station will enhance it further. Only problem is traffic congestion.

If you live at Ejipura, you can get all your basic needs fulfilled without going too far. From banks, ATMs, hotels, and shops for groceries and other things, they are all within close proximity.

I often face a lot of parking problems while living here and the shortage of water supply is also problematic. However it is a good place to live at otherwise with everything at just walking distance.
