The rent amount was decent and location of the society was outstanding too .

Society did not use app for entry and exit so that arises some times of problem sometimes .

Maintenance team is very good. nearby public transport is very good. construction quality is good.

During summer there are frequent power cuts issue even though there is no power backup facilites.

I left the mentioned society in 2020. Connectivity acha tha public transport mil jata hai, markets paas me hain. Swiggy zomato Delivery hojati hai. No waterlogging issues when he used to live. Maintenance mein koi as such issues nahi the. Basement parking was available. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , parks sab tha society mein. People were also friendly & supportive there. Events hote the society meinread more

Jab main rehta tha toh waha flyover ban raha tha society ke paas, thats why bohot traffic rehta tha waha. Lifts aur some areas mein construction quality thoda kharab dikhta tha.read more
