Good things here

Builder collected maintenance for two years ensuring proper maintenance but there's no maintenance at all. there's no by laws set and few owners behave like goons who have good terms with builder have created pathetic problems in the society and builder is not bothered though we requested repeated times.watchman here has good life as he gets paid with out doing any work. garbage gets piled up for days and days turning this area into slum. please don't invest in this property.read more

no amenities are maintained. equipments in gym are long gone. swimming pool don't get cleaned it resembles tank bund. clubhouse is charged for any function and that money goes to the builder. there are few people who formed a group and behave like politicians by displaying their cutouts and they are complicating the living in the society..read more
