Location is near the entire best mall, market, school, station, hospital and other complex. All shopping malls, MNCs, commercial complexes, hospitals, schools, colleges, cafes, hangouts, restaurants, stores and pubs are nearby. Got the best value for my money as I feel now.

The roads, parks, and jogging tracks are well planned and clean enough to motivate you to do exercise or go for an evening walk. There are shops, a gym, an open area, and other amenities available inside. Safety is also good for the kids and senior citizens. No power or water supply issues. Rightly priced and connected with the major roads where there is no traffic jam.read more

Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. There is a lot of open space along with so much greenery; you will love using walking or jogging track here. Then good security feature is there and full powers backup so no electricity problem.

Area is overall safe with some water accumulation in monsoon. Project still being developed so some noise and all. Mobile tower network otherwise good here and residents welcoming you with smiles. Overall, I found this project worth investing. The commuting is also easy for me to the office.
