Cuffe Parade, as the name implies, is a reclaimed area that was previously known as Backbay Reclamation. It is a private address for many business families, corporations, and senior citizens.

There are no water issues here in Cuffe Parade. There are no power outages. There are no traffic issues. Public transport is right outside your door. Marine Drive and Nariman Point are closer.

I am so lucky to live in such a great society! Everything I need is conveniently located here - the bus station, hospital, shopping mall, school, metro, can, auto, and fruit and vegetable market. It's so easy to get around and take care of all my errands.
