The presence of balconies in the residences is a positive feature, offering residents outdoor space where they can relax, enjoy views, and possibly even cultivate plants or engage in other leisure activities. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Ventilaton is also good. Layouts are very nice.read more
