Traffic is the main issue this a very major problem tha everyone facies a metropolitan city. Due to this uses of metro increases. Persons uses generally there own vehicle on the place of public transportation. Along with that one major problem that air condition in not very good. Many people have a air disease due to more pollution.

Great place for professionals to stay since there are many rental accommodation options worth checking out as well. My overall rating for this area would be very nice. I have always found it to be quite practical to reside in.

Western Express Highway can be accessed from the project and this directly connects to so many locations in city. Also, you should note the fact that there is the railway station within only five kilometres from here. So I feel that it is offering incredible value to all residents at least.

Yes, some teething issue will always be there since administration work will never be complete. But overall I am extremely happy with the area, its overall infrastructure and connectivity to multiple locations in and around Mumbai.

Vasai West is a good and developing area to stay in Mumbai. You will find several apartment rentals here at comparatively lower rates also. This also comes with good connectivity through the major roads and railway station. Hence I givemy vote to it.

Transport facilities are good and so is the connectivity on offer. Roads are maintained properly but traffic jams and water logging will happen during rainy seasons. There is not adequate parking space due to which people park their vehicles on the roads and that more often that not leads to traffic congestion.

The locality is peaceful as the surrounding is very good and serene. It has all the necessities around. Road connectivity is also good. The area is under CCTV surveillance so I feel very safe here. There is frequent police patrolling in the locality as well.

The ambience in Vasai West is highly rated. Streets are maintained with trees and plants. Pollution is also low when compared with the other parts of the city. Water facilities are good but the price of real estate is not justified by the quality of services on offer

It is a good locality but transport facilities are very poor here. Power cuts happen frequently which is termed as a maintenance issue. Garbage disposal is not done daily and this leads to accumulaton of garbage in various spots of the locality leading to bad odour.

Vasai west is a semi urban area which is why the locality is calm and beautiful. Ground water facilities are good. Buses, autos and cabs are available throught the day. The price of real estate is a bit on the higher side.
