OMEGA CITY is 4th project developed by M/S Omega Infra Estates Pvt. Ltd. at NH -95, Chd–Ldh Highway, Khanpur, Kharar, Distt Mohali (Pb).

All the directors are family members. Mr. Amrit Pal Singh managing director is a qualified civil engineer and has vast experience in construction activities. He is in the field of real estate since 2004 and is registered with PUDA / GAMADA as promoter / developer wide certificate No. E.O.(R)/2017/69 Valid till 20/07/22.

Mr. Amritpal Singh M D has got good grip on sales strategies and has earned a very good reputation in the Kharar and Mohali real estate market due to his systematic working since last 10 years. The previous projects completed are :

1. Shaheed Udam Singh Complex, Desu Majra, Kharar
2. Omega Complex, Mata Gujri road, Kharar
. 3. Omega City-1, Khanpur, Kharar.
4. Omega Green Square, Khanpur, Kharar.

The company has purchased all the land from various land owners (farmer) through its self owned funds. No funding has been raised from any bank or non banking institute for purchase of land and thus the project land is totally free from any type of mortgage from developer side.

Out of total 246 flats in previous phase of Omega City, 236 flats are sold out and possession of these 236 flats has already been delivered after registration / NDC.

The construction of the 1st phase of Omega City project has been fully completed and land for new extension of the project has already been acquired and registered in the name of the company with self finance of the company. Company has started the construction work on its new extension of the project, the maps of which has already been approved from the competent authorities.
