Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facilities are excellent, and there's a reliable power backup available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately, which is very convenient. People are very friendly. Construction quality is also very good; there are no major issues or concerns. Maintenance staff are responsive. Parking areas are well-maintained within the society. Security is also very good.read more

Public transportation is available approximately 1 kilometer away from the society, making it inconvenient for residents. Maintenance should be improved for better convenience.read more

Good things here
The main road, avoiding traffic issues. We had parking facilities, though we didn't own a vehicle. Construction quality was good with no seepage issues. Maintenance of the society was commendable, with regular garbage collection and well-maintained elevators. Power backup and security were reliable. Neighbors were okay, and while amenities like a gym were available, I didn't use them much.read more

The lack of nearby parks and uncertainty about clubhouse amenities were drawbacks. The absence of CCTV security was concerning. Despite good maintenance, there was minimal social interaction with neighbors.read more

Water facility is very difficult. The water is not get even though 5 days. Have to pay for tankers and get the water tanks for daily uses that is very frustrated.read more

Mining of clubhouse is very good and well-packed that is very spacious. Maintaining of lift is average. Celebrate the festivals like a family in the society.read more
