Ambattur is situated in the north western area of the city of Chennai, more precisely in the Ambattur taluk in the district of Chennai, which is also surrounded near the Padi, Anna Nagar, Surapet, Mogappair, Ayappakkam and Korattur. The place is very well connected to the Ambattur railway station under the Chennai Suburban Railway. Ambattur which initially was a village has now turned into an industrial hub and information technology or IT centre. There is a railway line crossing which divides Ambattur into two parts. On one side, there are residential projects and on another side there is an IT hub. Residential projects consist of independent houses, multi storey apartments and building floors. Considering the good connectivity to Chennai and abundance of amenities, this place is quite affordable. Some of the key residential projects in the area are Lake Dugar, Kochar Panchsheel, Loyal Green Garden, VGN Platina and Jain Adwitiya. The population here is a healthy mix of professionals like engineers, doctors, CAs, lawyers, IT people, and others. The place has various peaceful sub-localities. Recently, the place is seeing an increase in the residential properties due to its proximity to the IT hubs.

Good things here

Electricity service is very satisfied here as because load shedding intensity is nearly zero. The area is near and clean as because regular cleaning is done on this area. Police Patrols this area regularly so safety is not the problem of this area. And pollution is very low as because just apartment are constructed in this area

Things need improvement

There are no power cuts in the locality. Markets are available at a walkable distance. Easy cabs and auto services are available. You will find ample of parking space here. Fashion is much more forwarded here. There are many tourist place here. There is also an International airport & domestic airport. No water shortages. Good schools are there over all even the good hospitals

These apartments were good to live the price is too less so good for everyone and it give a feel of luxury

The area is very safe and here law and order is maintained properly. Cctvs are there for checking on any criminal activities.

The area is super amazing and safe but the only problem I have faced yet is that the network signals are very poor which causes me problem in attending online classes.
