Good things here
Location is been ideal for residing, the condition of roads is excellent with numerous high quality schools in the vicinity. The public transportation system is efficient, and there is an adequate supply of water for the community. The apartments and flats in this area are reasonably priced. The water supply system is reliable, the road surface are in good shape. Here are top rated hotels and restaurants in the vicinity. read more
Things need improvement
Shopping mall and supermarket are quite distant and the area occasionally experience in prolonged power outages. The streets and back alleys are littered with garbage, and there is no metro station available. Traffic congestion in the morning and evening is stressful especially for a new comer. read more

They do return your prebooking money if you cancel the prebooking. Also they will make you wait for 4 months to return the money and they will return only 70% money very bad and frustrating this is read more
