Near the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway and that's a major plus for me at least. Also many arterial roads can be accessed for commutes. The locality offers a tranquil experience overall though it is slightly removed from Pune.

The area is surrounded by many IT companies like Acenture, Tcs , IBM, etc, thus many people come and stay in the locality as they can travel easily to their offices and spend less time on commuting to and fro.

The vehicular movement in the area makes the area very noisy and the air becomes polluted .It is very unhealthy to live here. Pollution check is a must in this area in order for it to be habitable. Even though basic amenities are available in close range, there isn't a lot of variety.

There are many hospitals that are just a walk away from the locality premises and you do not need to wait too much for an ambulance if any emergency occurs. Hospitals are in close range and so are various schools and markets.

The transport facility is good here as one can reach their destination on time. Buses, autos, cabs, etc are all available in the vicinity of the locality at all times and the airport is in close proximity as well. The proximity to the airport is a major factor for demand of real estate in this area.
