Good things here
Having easy access to cabs can make getting around much simpler. Having the railway station halfway through a 15 minutes journey can be quite convienent for commuters. .read more
Things need improvement
Pets are not allowed in the society. There is no any play area in the society. There are some seepage issues on the walls during rain. IN bed room also the roof is full of water drops that is inconvienet.read more

During the rainy season, this is a safe haven. We were quite safe, and no flood water reached the city in the case of a flood that destroyed the entire city of Chennai.If the auto and metro bus strike is declared, we can walk from Perunkalathur (2.4 km) to Tambaram Railway Station (3.2 km).

There will be network issues in this location. You will be unable to contact anyone in an emergency and will be forced to take a cab to leave. There are no cars or buses around. People must own both two and four-wheelers.

Well-kept big flat with all required amenities. The location is fantastic. However, roads are insufficient to reach this location. Excellent condition. Guards on high alert. However, there is no greenery. Trees could be planted near the compound wall.

In Irumpuliyur, there is a large housing development. The journey to the roads is a nightmare. If you continue to travel to this location on a daily basis, you will develop back pain. The flat is fine for the price, however it is far from the main road, there are no local shops nearby, and it is not safe to move in or out at night.
