Tambaram locality lies in the suburb of Chennai city. It is a part of the Chennai Metropolitan Area. Schools and malls are very near to the building and daily life is so easy.Transportation facilities are easily available.as there is no traffic, pollution is less

sometimes rarely there is a current cut, but I don't consider it as a problem because it usually happen everywhere

Tambaram is a high class locality with top notch facilities. well connectivity with markets, schools, hospitals and nearby public transportation. restaurants and hotels are available just within 5 minutes. there are no water shortage issue. good connectivity to parks and gardens.
