Good things here

This property is located next to Raghavendra Dental Hospital and Near Bethesda Hospital , Near by Markets, Temples, and a bus stop. The UDS of the flat is 520 Sq ft. All premium schools are located near these areas. it has a semi-furnished flat, a water purifier and a battery backup.

The Area offers excellent connectivity, with less than 100 meters to bus stops, hospitals, public parks, and great restaurants. 3 Kms to tambaram Railaway station. The ambience is peaceful and good society to live in.

It is a peaceful neighbourhood. Zion School, Alwin School, and colleges are nearby schools. Nearby temples include Ragavendra and Guruvayur Appan. Hotels, stores, and an ATM are close by and behind the Camp Road junction.
