Good ventilation, calm and pollution free area, close to schools, banks, all branded shops, close to Bud Terminus, 3 Phase power supply, plenty of water from Well, Borewell and Metro, Decent families around

everyday morning, we will be getting sufficient quantity of water supply to our houses. the best schools are located with in our surrounding with the best teaching facilities. market is located with in the distance of just 1 km and we can manage to go everyday by walking. cabs and auto will be available, whenever we want to travel. even the electricity supply will be available here for 24 hours.

Good things here

I have been living in Chromepet for 35 years. Chromepet of my childhood is significantly different from what it is today. Back then, every stranger would greet me with a smile. Now, my neighbour is a stranger. Then, only one bus operated from Chromepet to Broadway. Chromepet derived its name from Chrome Leathers, which functioned there. It is a concatenation of ‘Chrome’ and ‘Pettai’. Now, the company has been demolished and a hospital built in its place. Traces of Chrome Leathers
