Love the location while amenity list is never-ending. Some of my favourites? 24-hour water supply, power backup, CCTV, business center, energy efficient, and others. Rooms are spacious and each room has the balcony giving a good view. I am really happy with this new home for long-term investment.

The overall construction quality is good and also has a good parking space. Area is safe, posh and with top class civic facilities. Only some water does accumulate in heavy monsoons but that is only a temporary thing.
