nice cosy room,newly refurbished room,bathroom is also neat and clean . there is no power cuts in this area. it is very safe area to live within with your family.

Good things here

yes everything is good there and street lights also there.locality is very well maintained and clear.electricity charge is low and electricity available 24 hours.around this so many good schools and hospital are there.

in this locality roads quality is too good abd roads are wide . Traffic quality is good low pollution with low traffic . There is no clogging during mansoon .

Weekly market and park nearby. There is no problem of water and electricity.auto rickshaw and bus facility is good. Cinema hall is nearby.Pubs and restaurants are also nearby.school and hospital facility is good . railway station is also nearby.

Though it is probably the most expensive real estate market in Mumbai, living at Juhu will not disappoint you on any front, barring the constant traffic jams here. Civic maintenance is excellent here and urban facilities are available at every nook and corner of this locality.

One of the best localities in Mumbai and amongst the most posh locales in India, living at Juhu is like paradise. You can see the beach from almost every house and from food to entertainment, this is the essence of Mumbai. The only issue is the traffic jams that one can find throughout the day. The area is also very safe as many bollywood actors and directors live here.

Juhu is the most premier locality in Mumbai with eminent bollywood and corporate personalities residing here. Anything you want is available within arm's distance here. Juhu is also amongst the safest areas in Mumbai. However, the price of apartments here is exorbitant, although, it is worth it given the central location and facilities available.

Juhu is a dream locality in South West Mumbai with all the happening places nearby like Santa Cruz, Bandra, etc. The airport is just 5 km away and the metro station is also closely located. The public transportation system is robust and civic amenities are excellent. The nearby Juhu Beach is a tourist attraction, but it is badly littered by the visitors here.
