In April 2024, Priyanka Chopra’s family leased a bungalow located in Koregaon Park in Pune, to co-living and co-working firm The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited, for a rent of Rs 2 lakh per month, as per documents accessed by Zapkey. The actor’s brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra signed the Leave and License Agreement with firm. The firm paid a security deposit of Rs 6 lakh and will be paying Rs 2.06 lakh as rent per month, the documents stated. The bungalow’s plot size spans 3754 square foot (sqft) while the built-up area is 2180 sqft (ground floor). The basement area covers 950 sqft, the garden area is 2232 sqft and the parking area is 400 sqft, the documents showed.
