Painting: Inside the building painting with wall putty finish with two coat emulsion paint, outside the building painting with the one coat cement primer two coat exterior emulsion , doors, windows and grills painting with one coat primer and two coat enamel paints.   

Kitchen : polished black granite kitchen counter, ceramic glazed tile dado 2 feet high upon kitchen counter, single bowl stainless steel sink with drain board. Provision for exhaust point.

Lofts: one side 2” depth loft in bed room and kitchen

Shelves/wardrobes: Double side polished cuddapah slab shelves 4ft width, 7ft height and 1 ft depth in kitchen, open wardrobes in bed rooms.

Additional Cost: 1. Special flooring like marble/granite. 2. Safety grills at main door. Safety grills in balconies.
