Roads are wider and no much trafic. Well connected to IT companies around Electronic City phase 2. No power cut issue

The transport system is well developed. The ambiance is good. Markets, Banks, Hospitals, etc. are located in the area. The roads have potholes and during monsoon, the condition of the road gets worsened. The area has low traffic.
