I like the well maintained home it is i would love to actually live there and also I would recommend it to my friends and family

I find Chakan a good area to reside in, with its nearby school, hospital, and market. T/he area is prime in linking with Pune. The playground is helpful for my kids and also water, transport, and internet are good enough. Road quality should be better.

Many companies and industries and also shopping centre. Banking is there, hospital is there, and also transport. Safety is good and bus transport is also readily available. Pollution is a little high in the locality. Air quality needs improvement.

Chakan is one city where public transportation is there every time of the day and night. This will include bus, cab, auto, and you will find hotels and restaurants also. Night safety and water availability are also pretty good. Hospital is there nearby. Traffic jam, pollution and other issue is there.

Chakan offers a welcoming and healthy environment. Good lifestyle with nice roads and access to market. Hygienic place overall with cabs also being available. Safety rate is good. Traffic jams are very frequent. Metro is far away. Parking is also a problem.

Locality offers a calm and peaceful environment. Weather is good and noise pollution is controlled. Railway station is a little far off. But I love the market and also the landmark of Chakreshwar Temple. A few roads need to be better.

Being an industrial area, the roads are not well maintained, especially during monsoons, where the roads remain waterlogged. Not many eateries or restaurants. Summers are very hot. Industrial pollution is a big disadvantage. It is well connected to other cities by roadways and railways.
