SRC Signature

For over three decades, Jain Builders has stood as a quiet yet steady force in Odisha’s real estate story. Founded in 1990 by Late Sushil Sethia, our journey began with a single plot in Cuttack and a belief: that homes should be built to last, both in structure and in spirit. We didn’t grow by chasing trends or shouting loud; we grew by listening, by staying rooted, by putting trust at the heart of every decision. From SRC Signature in Trisulia to MJ Signature in Silver City, and now Jain Heritage, our projects reflect this belief. Each one shaped not as just a building, but as a bond, a promise shared between us and the families who live within. Our foundation is built on skilled hands, thoughtful choices, and a legacy of crafting spaces where life grows with meaning and dignity. Today, led by a committed team that carries forward this vision, Jain Builders continues to build with intent. We don’t just raise homes; we nurture communities. Because to us, every home is a story, and every story deserves a foundation of belief.
