Tukkuguda is located near Hyderabad. The good transportation facility in the area connects it with other areas. People can easily commute from here to other places. There are many schools located within close proximity. The scarcity of parking spaces causes problems.

Tukkuguda is a municipality governed village in Rangareddy district, Telangana. This place generally comes under Maheswaram Mandal and has hot and humid weather throughout the year. The coordinates of Tukkuguda are 17°12'33" N 78°28'35" E, and according to the 2010 census, the population here is around 3469, with 1707 males and 1762 females. The local language used by people here is Telegu, but people sometimes use Urdu also.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, chiefly known as GHMC, governs Tukkuguda. This residential area is 27 km away from Hyderabad. It is well-known for some exotic-looking forts and palaces like Charminar Fort (19.4km), Golkonda Fort (35.6km), Chowmahalla Palace (18.8km) and the famous Salar Jung Museum.
