Cons- Bagaluru main area is so dusty and high in pollution. Because of sudden development, the prices of the land are increased many fold. Before buying any land or independent house, make sure you consult a proper legal expert to see whether the property is with clear title. Do not depend only on the bank’s lawyer. Most of these are ancestral property and may have some partition related legal cases in the court. Some land may be given by the government for some purpose. Seller’s and agents may hide all these things while selling. Some seller and agent also involve in taking token advance from many people and never return back. Be careful from such people.read more
