Good things here

Pros: Bagaluru is developing area with lots of industries are coming up. This resulted in sudden increase in apartment and also increase in price. The places interior to Bagaluru Market like Maranahalli etc. are still a village and hence less polluted and very calm.

Things need improvement

Cons- Bagaluru main area is so dusty and high in pollution. Because of sudden development, the prices of the land are increased many fold. Before buying any land or independent house, make sure you consult a proper legal expert to see whether the property is with clear title. Do not depend only on the bank’s lawyer. Most of these are ancestral property and may have some partition related legal cases in the court. Some land may be given by the government for some purpose. Seller’s and agents may hide all these things while selling. Some seller and agent also involve in taking token advance from many people and never return back. Be careful from such people.

the hospital, Bank, police station are nearby metro station are available at suitable for walking distance malls are present their anytime we can buy anything from shopping complexes with low price. there are many medical shops and their shops are opened regularly. different types of educational institute are available here so the people of this locality is educated and also friendly.

the hospital, Bank, police station r near bye metro station and available at suitable for walking distance malls are present there any time we can buy anything it is Daily opened also on holidays there are many medical shops are their which are opened regularly full day their are Maine big hotels hospitals Bank police station and mini other things are good but problem is there the traffic of light area so much traffic was here.

I something about from where I have been living because of good public transport. it has some good parks nearby and schools, also reputed college. this locality is good for the families because of all the facilities that are needed her easily available nearby. transportation like autos and bus are easily available.
