While the water supply comes from the corporation, if it falls short, the society arranges tanker deliveries without any issues. The residents are highly cooperative, and the flats enjoy good ventilation. Additionally, there is ample parking space within the society.read more
The inadequate space for fire extinguisher vehicles to access the society due to encroachment on amenity space, which has now been taken over by the wireless police, is a significant concern. Despite complaints to the PMC, no action has been taken yet. There are delays in finding auto-rickshaws outside the society, and traffic issues arise due to construction on the roads surrounding the society. The construction quality of flats is subpar, leading to numerous cracks.read more

The society is also well-connected to the highway, so there are no issues with connectivity. Additionally, the maintenance of the society is excellent; the management committee works diligently to ensure everything is well-maintained. All amenities are available, and so far, I haven't encountered any construction-related issues in the society, unlike in some other societies nearby.
