Good things here

The area is well connected with multiple metro stations as well as bus depots and railway station. it feels the same especially at night with well maintain roads and good public transport. there are numerous amenities including market schools hospital and shopping centre.read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes we have issues with traffic condition during peak hours and the area can be noisy due to its burstling nature and proximity.read more

Good things here

Groceries, market, medical store, college, various shopping centre animals are available within the radius of 1 km. transport facilities like autos are available easily. we can travel safe at night and also streets light are properly working. there are no water shortage and power cut issues have faced in this locality.read more

Good things here

The electricity supply is good and the electricity rate is also normal. There is no problem of water shortage. The parking facility is good and there are many trees and plants all around. There are many grocery, milk and bakery shops nearby where all the things can be easily found. There is a government hospital and clinic nearby. Taxi and bus facilities are also good. bus stand is available at some distance from home. There are many weekly markets and shops nearby where many things are available at the right price. cctv cameras have also been installed at many places for security.read more

The road remains quiet at night due to which it feels scary to come home alone. There are many open drains on the road which are filled with a lot of garbage due to which there is a lot of bad smell on the road.read more

Ravet is a developing locality situated near the Mumbai Pune Expressway in Pune. The pin code for Ravet is 412101 and postal head office is Ordnance Factory Dehu Road. Sai Sagar Nagar, Punvale Bazar, Buddha Vihar, Jambe, Kotwal Nagar are the nearby localities to Ravet. Marathi is the native language in Ravet. Akurdi railway station is quite nearby to the locality at a distance of 4.8 km. Shiv Sena, NCP and BJP are the major political parties in this region. No major builders are present in this area, Evoke builders have a large township planned in Ravet comprising of 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. 2 BHK is the most common room design in this locality. Ravet is directly connected to Shivajinagar through Aundh-Ravet road and to Mumbai Pune Expressway via Aundh-Wakad road. Many of the government buses originate from the Ravet bus terminal and goes to all major localities of Pune. A metro route is currently being constructed towards Ravet through Khadki railway station.
