Kids play area is very spacious and well-maintained with good play items.Apolo hospitals is very near to the society. Maintaining of lift is average.read more

Lots of issues occurs in construction quality .No aminities like swimming pool,club house and gym area is not available in the society.No greenary in the society.read more

This is a small community comprising approximately 48 flats. One of its standout features is its serene location, set a bit away from the lively city, ensuring a peaceful living environment free from vehicle disturbances and pollution. The construction quality is commendable, as all the flats are well-designed with ample ventilation and no issues like seepages. Within a 2-kilometer radius of the community, residents have easy access to essential amenities such as schools, clinics, and markets. Moreover, the community itself has excellent facilities, including a play area for kids and ample parking options for all residents.read more
Things need improvement
Sometimes the maintenance is not up to the mark because the management does not take care of the cleanliness and also sometimes forgot to collect garbage. The maintenance charges are also a bit expensive.read more
