The area is surrounded by railway stations, shopping districts, colleges, and schools. This property has been very well maintained and the exterior has been renovated. Nelson Manickam Road is a good locality because it connects two of the most important localities in Chennai, Nungambakkam and Anna Nagar, and is thus known as the city's heart line.
