Connectivity like cabs and auto-rickshaws is available in the city. There are a lot of grocery stores outside the city, making it very convenient and peaceful. Water facilities are very good and available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the city. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately, which is very convenient. People are friendly and respectful in the community. Maintenance charges are reasonable compared to other apartments. Parking is very accessible. There are many schools and play areas for kids in the society. The metro station is also within 1 km from the society, which is very convenient. The locality is very serene and peaceful. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the city.read more

Construction quality is not good; there are some minor issues that are very inconvenient. There are no festival celebrations in the city. There is no separate visitor parking area outside the society on the main roads, which is very inconvenient for visitors.read more

In this society, the most notable feature is its construction quality, which spans approximately 25 years. Despite its age, there are virtually no major issues such as leakages, due to ongoing maintenance and prompt painting services. The flats have excellent ventilation, with well-designed windows. Connectivity within the society is superb, with a wide array of amenities conveniently located within a half-kilometer radius. These amenities include schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and bus stops. The maintenance of the society is also commendable, with all departments operating efficiently. Cleaning services and water supply are excellent, with daily garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. Residents enjoy access to various amenities such as a gym, library, party hall, and garden, all are well-maintained. The parking facilities are ample, with no complaints reported.read more

We live in an independent house on a street with abundant plants, as we prioritize not cutting trees. Our management is efficient and handles all issues effectively. They are interested in resolving our problems. In terms of location, we have schools, hospitals, bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores within 1. 5 kilometers. The street lights are functional, and we have ample parking space. The construction quality of our house is good, and maintenance is well-managed, including proper cleaning and regular garbage collection. We have 24/7 water and power supply. The surrounding community is friendly, and neighbors communicate well with each other.read more

Despite many positives, the road condition is horrible and drainage cleaning is the worst in our society. These issues need urgent attention to improve our living environment.read more
