The club facilities and shops are decent but there is room for improvement. The parks and roads need maintenance and there is limited green area, leading to traffic congestion. Additionally, the electricity bill is high. Upgrades are needed to make the area more liveable.

This is a great society with an abundance of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gazebo, jacuzzi, and playing area for children. There is also a jogging path and garden, as well as three levels of parking, so there is never an issue with parking. Additionally, every household has access to hot water as it is solar-powered. The society has 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK penthouses, and the community is made up of educated and enjoyable people. However, there are some issues with water leakage from P1 P2 to the ground and the crack filling is not appropriate. There is also only one lift and no service lift, given that there are 15 floors in total. The lights in the society are not of good quality and are out of the ceiling. There is no toilet on the P3 parking, and the maintenance charges are a little high. Additionally, the boom barrier gate is not proper, and the entry gate is a little inside. Overall, though, it is still a great society to live in.read more

The well-maintained clubhouse is a great place to gather with friends and family, and you don't even have to leave the complex to do your shopping with convenient shops right on site. Plus, parents can rest easy knowing their kids can enjoy a safe and secure swimming pool within the society. And for those who like to stay fit, the gym is top-notch and accessible for all members of the community. Speaking of the community, everyone here is wonderful and welcoming.
